By trade I am a student of History -- twentieth-century United States race relations history, to be precise. ​I ran track and field, I play the ukulele, and my favorite color is most definitely yellow. I'm a feminist, an optimist, and something akin to an artist.

But my artwork has a purpose beyond expression and recreation: it raises funds, promotes causes, and, I hope, makes people smile.
